Marcelo Bielsa confirms Leeds United's starting XI to face Man City as Gjanni Alioski drafted in

Marcelo Bielsa has made one change to his Leeds United side for this evening's clash against Manchester City.

Jack Harrison is ineligible to face his parent side at Elland Road, owing to the terms of his loan deal and he will be replaced in the Whites' starting XI by Gjanni Alioski.

The North Macedonian is the only change to the side that beat Sheffield United at Bramall Lane last weekend.

Illan Meslier continues in goal, with a back-four of Luke Ayling, Robin Koch, Liam Cooper and Stuart Dallas, with Kalvin Phillips in his usual defensive midfield position.

Mateusz Klich and Tyler Roberts will operate centrally in front of the Thorp Arch graduate, while Alioski and Helder Costa will provide the width. Patrick Bamford, who has three goals in three Premier League starts this season, will again lead the line.

Elia Caprile continues on the bench following Kiko Casilla's recent ankle injury, with new signing Diego Llorente making his first appearance in a Leeds United squad.

Pablo Hernandez remains out with a groin injury that has seen him miss Leeds' last two matches, while Adam Forshaw continues his recovery from a long-term hip issue.

Leeds United XI: Meslier, Ayling, Koch, Cooper, Dallas, Phillips, Klich, Costa, Roberts, Alioski, Bamford

Subs: Caprile, Llorente, Struijk, Shackleton, Davis, Poveda, Rodrigo
