Marcelo Bielsa concerned some fans may be growing tired of his reasons for Leeds United defeats

Fans’ patience and tolerance may be being tested by Marcelo Bielsa’s repeated explanations for Leeds United’s dropped points, he fears.

The Whites have picked up just four points of the last 12 available in the Championship and while Bielsa believes he is seeing the same reasons each week, he is aware of he sounds.

While many would point to the referee’s dismissal of Gaetano Berardi as the turning point in Saturday’s Millwall loss, Bielsa again saw the hallmarks of previous losses.

The Argentine admitted it was a shame how frequently he was having to explain dropped points, but is increasingly aware some fans may be fed up of hearing the same thing.

“The result should be different. Each time we lose, always I find few logical reasons to justify it,” he said.

“For me, it’s always a shame to have to explain why we lost. With 10 men we were better than them.

“Always, we are trying to explain why what we want doesn’t happen. Maybe that impacts the tolerance of the people who are listening to this kind of justification.”
