Marcelo Bielsa and John Terry in furious bust-up before Leeds let Aston Villa equalise

Marcelo Bielsa and John Terry were involved in a furious bust-up before the Leeds boss ALLOWED Aston Villa to equalise in wild scenes in the Championship.

Villa were incensed when Mateusz Klich raced through to fire home on with them screaming for Leeds to stop play because Jonathan Kodjia was lying injured in the opposite half.

Dean Smith and assistant Terry went ballistic with Bielsa and his staff for not bowing to convention and putting the ball out of play.

It all kicked off between the sets of players as Klich celebrated his goal in what was an ill-tempered match and Anwar El- Ghazi was sent off in the melee.

Patrick Bamford also went down after clashing with Conor Hourihane, claiming he had been hit in the face.

Referee Stuart Attwell booked both Bamford and Hourihane as he tried to restore order.

Play was stopped for several minutes while the officials tried to calm everyone down and work through what had happened.

Bielsa then instructed his players to let Villa equalise from the kick-off to make amends for not stopping play.

Pontus Jansson was angry with Leeds boss Bielsa’s decision and argued with him on the touchline when told to let Villa score.

The Swedish defender tried to stop Albert Adomah when he ran through to score, nearly sparking another melee, and he had to be restrained by his team-mates.
