Swansea City and Sunderland are both interested in Scotland Under-19 cap Marc Leonard.
The midfielder has impressed for Brighton's Under-23s this term.
But he hasn't won a fresh permanent deal on the south coast and is out of contract at the end of the season.
That has attracted interest from other clubs with Swansea, Sunderland and a number of teams north of the border keeping an eye on Leonard.
The 19-year-old is weighing up the interest from the Swans who sit in the playoff places in the English Championship, and from the Black Cats who are in the same position one division lower in League One.
Leonard is also unlikely to close the door on a return north of the border as he takes stock of where his best landing spot is this summer.
He swapped Hearts for the Seagulls back in 2018 and has turned out in the Premier League 2 and the EFL Trophy this season but is yet to make a first-team appearance.
