Map shows Liverpool postcodes where drivers are among worst in country

A new interactive map shows drivers in two Liverpool postcodes are some of the worst in the country.

When it comes to the areas where cars are most likely to be driven by someone with points on their licence, four areas in Liverpool, Bradford and Telford lead the way. More than one in every 10 drivers (11%) in Aigburth (L17) and Speke (L24) areas have at least three points on their licence.

A total of 431 people who drive in Speke have six or more points, while Aigburth have 574 drivers with the same amount. Other areas with high numbers of drivers with six points or more include L4 (Walton, Kirkdale and Anfield), L8 (Dingle, Toxteth and Princes Park), L36 (Huyton, Roby, Page Moss and Longview) and L25 (Woolton, Hunt's Cross and Belle Vale).
