Manufacturer takes remaining space at Black Country business park

A manufacturer has taken one of the last remaining units at Vaughan Park in Tipton.

Coxdome makes glass skylights and rooflights and has agreed a five-year tenancy on a 11,876 sq ft space with the landlord CEG.

The letting means just one unit on the first phase of the industrial estate remains available.

Vaughan Park is a 28-acre industrial estate on the A457 Tipton Road and occupiers include Dolphin Lifts, Viking Supply Net and NGeneration.

The second phase of the Black Country estates has been pre-let to parcel delivery firm DPD.

Once completed, Vaughan Park will provide approximately 400,000 sq ft of industrial and warehouse accommodation.

CBRE and Bulleys are joint property agencies for the park.

Luke Thacker, associate director in the industrial and logistics team at CBRE, said: "There is a pressing need for industrial and logistics space in the Black Country, the West Midlands' traditional industrial heartland, with Vaughan Park helping to meet demand from occupiers.

"We're pleased to have secured the letting to Coxdome, adding another name to the growing tenant list at the park."
