Manoj Bajpayee heaps praise on director Ram Gopal Varma; says he changed the industry single-handedly

Manoj Bajpayee, who shot to fame after Ram Gopal Varma’s ‘Satya’, recently spoke highly about the filmmaker. According to him, he is someone who has changed the industry single-handedly.

Talking about his experience of working with RGV, Manoj said that because he is tripped out, he made Satya, Shiva, Rangeela. He made Company, Shool and Kaun. According to him, the director changed the industry. He gave the industry so many assistant directors and actors. RGV changed the way the industry made films single-handedly. People who are tripped out are courageous people, Manoj told Ranveer Allahbadia in an interview.

Elaborating further, Manoj added that even if he doesn’t agree with whatever RGV says, he loves listening to him because according to him, the filmmaker has an amazing philosophy about modern relationships and the modern world.

Manoj went on to say that RGV has his own way of doing things, he has his own philosophy and walks on his own principles. He is a very well educated man.

Manoj and RGV have collaborated in films like, ‘Satya’, ‘Shool’, ‘Kaun’ and others.

On the work front, Manoj will next be seen in an upcoming web series, ‘Gulmohar’ which will mark the comeback of Sharmila Tagore. The series also features Amol Palekar, Suraj Sharma and others. It will be released on an OTT platform on March 3, 2023.
