Manny Pacquiao has rated his retirement chances '60/40' despite links surrounding potential clashes with Floyd Mayweather and Errol Spence.
The Filipino legend was comprehensively defeated by WBA welterweight world champion Yordenis Ugas in Las Vegas on Saturday night, which has fuelled speculation that the 42-year-old could finally hang up his gloves and retire.
During his hugely successful career, Pacquiao has fought the likes of Mayweather, Oscar De La Hoya and Ricky Hatton which have contributed to his rise to the very top of the sport conquering as an eight-division world champion for the first time in boxing history.
But the Filipino veteran has revealed that he is currently 'leaning towards retirement' after struggling to 'move his legs' while being outclassed by classy Cuban Ugas at the weekend.
“Right now, I’m probably thinking about retirement, I don’t know. 60/40.” Pacquiao told ESPN.

"In my heart, I want to continue [to] fight, but I have to consider, also, my body," Pacquiao continued at the post-fight conference.
"When our lives are finished inside this world, we can take nothing," he adds. "In this sport, this is my passion, this is why I'm still here fighting at the age of 42. I'm enjoying it, but sometimes you have to think about the life span of your body."
“My performance tonight was not really 100% because it happened in the second or third round; I have cramping in both legs. I cannot move. So if my legs are not hurt, I can outbox him by moving fast, side by side. But it happened my legs stopped."
The Filipino was previously in talks with Conor McGregor for a huge boxing crossover contest before the coronavirus pandemic put a premature end to negotiations last year despite the pair being 'close' to agreeing another historic deal.
Pacquiao has also been linked to an exhibition clash with old two-time rival Mayweather, who recently competed in a boxing exhibition against YouTube star Logan Paul.

But Mayweather's uncle Jeff Mayweather believes that his nephew will not take a fight against Pacquiao in the professional ranks again labelling the star 'too dangerous'.
“When a fighter gets to the end, their age shows up, and that’s basically what happened, Manny is a great fighter, appears to be a great human being, and I think he’ll be truly missed," Mayweather told the Mayweather Channel.
“He [Floyd] doesn’t need it (to fight Pacquiao). If he can make $60 million fighting a YouTuber, why would you want to fight? Yeah, Manny is way too dangerous.
“Floyd beat him a whole lot easier than Ugas did, though, and Manny was always younger than him. So, go figure.
“Every time Manny got assertive and threw a lot of punches, he [Ugas] came right back and counteracted. So, I think Ugas won the fight; he won the fight clearly and clearly deserved it, Manny’s time in boxing is over with.”
UFC star Conor McGregor who has been forever linked with Pacquiao has demanded 'a commission' from his clash with Ugas at the weekend as a result of a contract dispute with the Irishman's management Paradigm Sports.
Pacquiao's wife has also sent a heartfelt message to her husband after his defeat to successfully defending champion Ugas, stating that he is 'the champion of her heart'.
