Police have launched a manhunt after a man was spotted acting suspiciously outside a Scots school.
The suspect, who is believed to be in his late 60s, was wearing glasses and a cap and was clad in a black rain coat, aroused suspicions with his behaviour on Friday afternoon.
The incident took place near Georgetown Primary School, in Dumfries, at about 1pm on May 7, 2021.
The man is also described as being white, and officers say they are "looking to trace" him over the incident in question.
The probe was revealed in a post on the Dumfries and Galloway Police Division Facebook page.
Anyone with information which may assist the police with their investigation is asked to contact Police Scotland on 101, quoting reference 1690 of May 7, 2021.
