Manhunt launched after car struck by driver who fled scene on Bo'ness road

A manhunt has started after a hit-and-run in Bo'ness late last night.

Emergency services were called to Dean Road in the town after reports a car was struck by another vehicle, which drove off from the scene.

The alarm was raised at around 11pm on Tuesday July, 27.

No one is believed to have been injured in the incident and cops are now appealing to anyone with information to get in touch with them.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Officers attended a crash involved a car and a parked car on Deans Road, Boness at 11pm on Tuesday, 27 July, 2021.

"Enquiries are ongoing to trace the driver.'"
