Manhunt as man, 38, dies after violent assault at Chiswick Station

Police are hunting three men after a violent assault at Chiswick Station left a man with serious injuries. He later died in hospital.

The victim, a man aged 38, was thrown against a concrete wall banging his head and being knocked unconscious about 11.50pm on October 14.

He was taken to hospital suffering a bleed on the brain and a fractured skull.

He died in January, three months after the attack sparked by a “verbal altercation” with three men, British Transport Police said.

The suspects ran from the scene and boarded a bus towards Turnham Green, the force added.

A BTP Spokesman said: “Very sadly, the victim suffered a cardiac arrest in December and died in hospital in January this year.

“Detectives await further pathologist results to establish his cause of death however they are not currently treating it as a murder investigation.

“Following a number of enquiries detectives are now releasing images of three men who they think they may be able to assist their investigation.”
