The Mangosteen Music Festival will return for its third edition at Bitec Bangna Hall 106 on Friday with an exciting line-up including world-famous Irish indie popsters Kodaline and local talents Polycat and Phum Viphurit.
Brought to you by JAMM and Singha Music, the third Mangosteen Music Festival is returning with the new nickname "Detour". The festival recently revealed its full line-up, with audiences finally able to experience a live concert from Kodaline.
The Irish rock quartet, consisting of Steve Garrigan, Mark Prendergast, Vincent May and Jason Boland, has released three studio albums, and created lots of hits, including All I Want, High Hopes, Love Will Set You Free, The One and have gained a lot of attention from local and international fans.
The festival also features Fickle Friends, a British synth-pop band who is also making their Thailand debut, and will be playing tunes from their recent record You Are Someone Else before Thai fans.
Amazing Taiwanese indie soul pop Sunset Rollercoaster are also joining in, and the band promises to thrill fans with their heartfelt retro soul pop sounds such as My Jinji, Burgundy Red and New Drug.
The stage will be shared by rising Asian favourite Phum Viphurit and Thai synth-pop trio Polycat.
Tickets are on sale through Ticketmelon, with a regular ticket for 2,800 baht and 3,200 baht for a VIP ticket. VIP pass holders will enjoy three free drinks, a private toilet, VIP standing zone and a meet & greet lucky draw.
