Manchester has been enjoying the spring sunshine and longer days as temperatures reached 14 degrees this week - which was warmer than the French Riviera.
Though the weather is expected to stay dry for most of the weekend, the sun will be smothered by clouds and the weather will be a little more overcast over the next few days.
According to the Met Office, tomorrow is set to be cold but sunny in the morning, with highs of 7 degrees until 10am.
But then it's expected to become a little more gloomy, with a slight chance of rain and cloud looming until the evening, with highs of 10 degrees all day.

Fortunately Saturday will be much brighter, with sunshine expected until 1pm and then cloud continuing into the evening.
Though it may be bright it's not quite worth bringing out your shorts and flip-flops just yet, as highs of only 10 degrees are expected.

The same pattern will continue into Sunday, with sunny intervals in the morning becoming much more overcast in the afternoon.
But make the most of the dry weather while you can - heading towards the Easter weekend next week downpours are to be expected most days with infrequent sunny intervals.
