Manchester United youngster Tahith Chong has been spotted back at Carrington as he begins his recovery from an injury which cut his loan-spell at Birmingham short.
The Curacao-born winger had been impressing for Lee Bowyer's side in the Championship but returned to United at the start of the month to undergo surgery to repair a ruptured thigh tendon he suffered in training.
Chong's operation was a success but now the 21-year-old faces an expected four to five-month rehabilitation process before he can start playing again.
The United academy graduate was spotted by photographers arriving at the club's training facilities on Tuesday morning as he continues his rehabilitation with the hope of playing again by next spring.
Chong had hugely impressed during his loan spell at Birmingham where he registered three assists in 13 appearances for the Championship side.
The youngster had joined the Blues on a season-long loan and speaking earlier this month manager Bowyer revealed he'd love to bring Chong back to the club in the New Year if an agreement can be reached with United.

“It’s a massive loss, everyone knows what he has been like since he has been here, he has been a massive player for us," he told the Birmingham Mail.
“So it’s tough to take but the most important thing now for Tahith is he gets his rehab right, which he will do, he will go back to Man United now and they will look after him.
“These things happen in football, I spoke to him yesterday and Sunday and he is down but I said: ‘these things happen and you have to make sure you are a stronger man when you come through it’. But it’s tough, he just loves the game.
“He has been great here, we are definitely going to miss him.
“I hope that both clubs can work something out, as you know the budget has always been one-in-one-out. I hope the two clubs can come to an agreement so we can still use him when he comes back towards the end of the season.”
