Mason Greenwood has received his first call up for the England U21 side ahead of their international fixtures next month.
The Manchester United forward is one of many homegrown talents to have been given a chance as part of Aidy Boothroyd's new look squad.
Greenwood joins Rhian Brewster, Reiss Nelson and Eddie Nketiah as the four forwards to have been named in the squad for their European U21 Championship qualifying fixtures next month.
England kick-off their group fixtures with a trip to face Turkey on September 6 before hosting Kosovo in Hull on 9 September.
Greenwood's call-up comes amid increased opportunity for the 17-year-old following his promotion to the United first-team over the summer.
The young centre forward featured heavily for United during pre-season and has made a cameo appearance in all three of their Premier League fixtures so far this season.
Greenwood is in line to feature for United again when they face Southampton at the weekend, and Ole Gunnar Solskjaer hopes the forward can help fill the void left by Romelu Lukaku and Alexis Sanchez.
"I’m trusting Marcus (Rashford), Anthony (Martial), Mason to be our centre forwards," Solskjaer told a press conference. "We’ve got loads of options and for me it is time for our boys to feel the pressure. It is something which we are looking forward to.
"Mason is not used to playing as little as he is. He is used to playing every week, now he is coming on for half an hour here and there. He won’t be expected to play five games on the bounce, he is cover and an option behind Anthony and Marcus."
