How Manchester United are planning to copy Nottingham Forest transfer strategy - report

Manchester United want to sign up to the same player recruitment database Nottingham Forest are currently using, according to reports.

The Daily Mail say the Reds have signed up to a company called Driblab.

Based in Madrid, they have built a database of more than 100,000 players with many 12 La Liga clubs already signed up.

And Forest reportedly used their vast knowledge to identify some of the 13 players they signed in the summer.

Now, United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is said to have requested that his side follow Forest's lead.

Of the Reds' summer signings, Brice Samba, Samba Sow, Yuir Ribeiro, Tiago Silva and Chema Rodriguez all started the previous match - a 1-0 defeat of Brentford at the City Ground .

Sabri Lamouchi's side have made an excellent start to the season and currently sit in second place, level on points with Championship table-toppers West Bromwich Albion with 22.
