Manchester United vs West Ham: Prediction, TV channel, h2h results, team news, lineups, live stream, odds

West Ham will look to take a massive step in their fight for Champions League qualification when they travel to Manchester United tonight.

David Moyes is masterminding an unexpected push for a top-four finish, which looked ever more likely following victory over Leeds, where his players certainly rode their luck, and this evening’s game offers another stern test of their credentials.

Manchester United, meanwhile, look almost certain to finish in the top four, with their win at table-topping Manchester City a huge help, but will also be aware of the threat of the Hammers, while games against both Leicester and Tottenham loom on the horizon.

Date, time and venue

Manchester United vs West Ham is scheduled for a 7.15pm GMT kick-off tonight - Sunday, March 14, 2021.

The match will be held behind closed doors at Old Trafford due to Government restrictions relating to coronavirus.

Team news

Man Utd: Henderson, Wan Bissaka, Lindelof, Maguire, Shaw, McTominay, Fred, Greenwood, Bruno Fernandes, James, Rashford

West Ham: Fabianski, Coufal, Dawson, Diop, Cresswell, Soucek, Rice, Johnson, Noble, Bowen, Antonio

Prediction: Man United 1-0 West Ham

A tough task against AC Milan will have done Manchester United no favours ahead of the visit of Moyes’s well-drilled side.

Still, rather ironically, the absence of Lingard will play into their hands with deputy Benrahma struggling to have a similar impact.

Manchester United to edge a sternly-contested game.
