Manchester United vs Chelsea FA Cup semi-final fixture details confirmed

Manchester United will face Chelsea in the FA Cup semi-final on Sunday 19 July.

The last four encounter is set for a 6pm kick-off with the match to be shown live on BBC One in the UK.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side booked their place at Wembley with victory over Norwich last weekend, while Chelsea defeated Leicester to reach this stage of the competition.

United will be full of confidence going into the match as well, having beaten Frank Lampard's side on three occasions already this season.

Solskjaer's side started the season with a 4-0 win over Chelsea in the Premier League, before knocking them out of the Carabao Cup back in October. United also won 2-0 at Stamford Bridge back in February.

Arsenal will face Manchester City in the other semi-final on Saturday 18 July, while the final is scheduled for August 1.

Confirmation of United's tie with Chelsea means the Premier League home fixture against West Ham will now also need to be rescheduled.
