Manchester United v Norwich betting odds and a reliable 13/5 first scorer tip

It's not been a vintage seven days for Manchester United - a New Year's hangover at Arsenal, a goalless draw at Molineux and then Tuesday's derby match reverse.

But Saturday offers an opportunity to bounce back against struggling Norwich. Will they take it? We asked our United expert Richard Fay for his verdict.

Who's going to win?

It has been a bad week for United, but Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has a knack of gaining vital wins when the pressure is on. Norwich's expansive football could cost them, and United have to be firm favourites to win. Bookies thepools.com think so. They price United at 4/11 . One for your accas.

Who is going to score first?

Marcus Rashford. The forward has been involved in 16 Premier League goals this season, his joint-best for a single campaign, and netted a goal the last time these sides met. He's a solid 13/5 to open the scoring and 8/11 to score at any time in the match.

Who is on pens?

Marcus Rashford. Both he and Anthony Martial missed when the sides last met earlier in the season, but you would have to back the England international still. That 13/5 looks even more appealing.

Who is on the naughty step?

Luke Shaw. The default is always to select United's left back and Shaw could struggle against the pace of Norwich on the break.

Will United keep a clean sheet?

Yes. United have been awful at keeping clean sheets all season, but the loss of Teemu Pukki is bad news for Norwich. A 'No' in the Both Teams To Score box is 10/11 .
