Manchester United urged to sign Crystal Palace star and it's not Wilfried Zaha

Crystal Palace are all-but safe from relegation now.

Victory over Newcastle United at St James' Park on Saturday took them 11 points clear of Cardiff, with six games of the campaign to play.

It means they are almost guaranteed a place in next season's Premier League shake-up, and Roy Hodgson can start preparing for the 2019/20 campaign.

But the Eagles have a number of players that will be of interest to the top clubs, and one of them has been tipped for a move to Manchester United in the summer.

Former Premier League referee gives his verdict on the key incidents in Newcastle vs Palace game

Wilfried Zaha is the name normally on people's lips when it comes to Palace, with the wing wizard courted by some of Europe's top clubs.

He was at Manchester United for a brief spell from 2013 to 2015, but it did not work out and he returned to Palace.

Tottenham have consistently been linked with a move for Zaha, and rumours will surely surface once more this summer.

But for now, it is his teammate Aaron Wan-Bissaka who is garnering more interest.

And BBC pundit Garth Crooks has urged United to sign the young England right-back this summer.

Palace boss Roy Hodgson makes frank admission about Aaron Wan-Bissaka amid Man United interest

Naming Wan-Bissaka in his team of the week, Crooks said: "I thought about James Tomkins, who has been consistent for Crystal Palace this season, often in very difficult circumstances. However, I've gone for my young player of the season, Aaron Wan-Bissaka.

"He was superb yet again against Newcastle. This fabulous talent has not looked back since his Premier League debut at Fulham at the start of the season. This kid is a must for Manchester United."
