Manchester United transfer boost as Randal Kolo Muani opens door to summer move

Manchester United target Randal Kolo Muani has admitted that his dream is to play for the “big clubs”.

The Eintracht Frankfurt striker has been linked with the Red Devils and Bayern Munich this summer, both of whom are known to be in the market for a new attacker.

United look unable to land Harry Kane from Tottenham while Victor Osimhen would cost upwards of £100million. Eintracht have, however, insisted that France international Kolo Muani’s fee would also be significant.

“Honestly, I want to keep improving and working hard,” the player told reporters while on international duty ahead of facing Gibraltar and Greece in Euro 2024 qualifiers.

“It’s my dream to play for the big clubs – why not?

“But right now it’s off-topic, I’m with the national team. We have two important matches.

“The transfer window has just started, we’ll see all of that when the international break is over.”

Frankfurt CEO Alex Hallmann stated in May that Kolo Muani, 24, would cost around 100 million euros.

He said: “When I look at the international market, I imagine a different number than €90m (£78m) – more than this.

“He has a long-term deal. My absolutely ideal scenario would be that he stays with Eintracht.”
