Manchester United told Philippe Coutinho price and more transfer rumours

Barcelona will demand £9million from Premier League clubs looking to sign Philippe Coutinho on loan next season amid reports linking the Brazilian with Manchester United .

Coutinho has failed to impress at the La Liga side following his record-breaking move from Liverpool in 2018 and has spent the season on loan with Bayern Munich.

The German champions are not expected to make his stay in Germany permanent and various outlets have credited United with an interest in Coutinho along with Tottenham, Arsenal and Chelsea.

Mundo Deportivo report Barcelona are willing to sanction another loan move as clubs are unlikely to meet their £71m valuation of the playmaker, but will demand a £9m loan fee.

However, MEN Sport understand Coutinho is not a target for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer who is firmly focused on signing Jadon Sancho, Jack Grealish and Jude Bellingham.

Elsewhere, Juventus star Federico Bernardeschi is eyeing a move to the Premier League if he decides to leave the Italian side, according to reports in Italy.

Italian media outlets believe the winger could be included in a deal that would see Paul Pogba return to Turin in the upcoming transfer window.

Gazzetta dello Sport claim the 26-year-old wants regular first-team football to ensure his place in Italy's European Championship squad is safe and wants to test himself in the Premier League.

While Bernardeschi would fill a position Solskjaer is looking to strengthen, he is not a priority target as Sancho remains the preferred option on the right wing.

MEN Sport understand United are relaxed over Pogba's future at the club but are yet to trigger the one-year contract extension clause in his deal.
