Manchester United told how much Aaron Wan-Bissaka and Wilfried Zaha could cost

Manchester United may have to pay £100m if they wanted to sign Crystal Palace pair Aaron Wan-Bissaka and Wilfried Zaha this summer.

That is according to Palace legend John Salako, who believes the Eagles will play hard-ball to keep their star assets ahead of next season.

Salako also warned full-back Wan-Bissaka against making the move to United too soon, citing Zaha's own transfer to Old Trafford and also Luke Shaw's move from Southampton.

The former striker suggested it would be better for Wan-Bissaka's career to remain at Selhurst Park to develop his game before making a big money move.

Salako told TalkSport: "You know, you say to your youngsters, play your 90, 100 games, learn your job, learn your trade.

"But Aaron [Wan-Bissaka] hasn't played. He's come on leaps and bounds and if he moves he's going to be under massive pressure.

"Do you remember when Wilfried went to United? He was too young, too early, didn't settle in.

"He's got that massive pressure week in, week out and he has to step up another level or two."

Naming a price tag for Wan-Bissaka, Salako said: "I would say probably £40million.

"I mean Luke Shaw came in at United for £30million, so £35million to £40million for a fledgling, young lad who has only had one season, that would be big money."

On Zaha - who has also been linked with a second move to United after re-finding his form at Palace, Salako said the price would be even more.

"For Wilfried [Zaha], probably more like £50million to £60million," he said.
