Manchester United tipped to sign three players before transfer window slams shut

Following some additions this summer, Manchester United have just over a week to conclude some much needed business before the season begins.

Aaron Wan-Bissaka and Daniel James have put pen to paper for the Red Devils so far with Paulo Dybala also a possible surprise addition.

Antonio Valencia and Ander Herrera were among a list of departed names as manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer continues to revamp the squad after last season’s disappointing sixth-place finish in the Premier League.

But which big names are we most likely to see don a United shirt during the upcoming campaign and who is the player backed to leave?

These are the most likely transfer deals according to Betfair.

Transfers in

Harry Maguire - 1/4

Leicester City defender Harry Maguire has been the centre of a tug of war taking place between the two Manchester clubs this season, with City and United both competing for the England star.

However, the odds have been greatly slashed for Maguire to finally put the ongoing rumours to bed and join up with Solskjaer's men.

Paulo Dybala - 1/3

In recent days the whole world has been made aware of an impending mega deal that could make or break United’s summer window.

Juventus have reportedly come in with a swap deal offer which could see Paulo Dybala sign for United with Romelu Lukaku go the other way.

Ivan Rakitic - 4/5

The Croatian midfielder was one of the figureheads of Barcelona’s La Liga title winning campaign last season, and now supporters and bookies alike believe he’s on his way to United.

Ivan Rakitic, who weighed in with a passing accuracy of 91 per cent for Barcelona, is currently valued at £45m and could be one of the bargains of the window should he sign.

Transfer out

Lukaku to Juventus - 1/3

With the potential blockbuster deal of the summer seeing Dybala making his way to Manchester, Belgian forward Lukaku will be going the other way to Juventus in a swap deal, according to the bookies and recent reports.
