Former Tottenham Hotspur boss Mauricio Pochettino would take Manchester United to another dimension says ex-Spurs midfielder Jamie O'Hara.
The former Southampton boss led Spurs to a Champions League final during his management before he was relieved of his duties the following season, still a popular figure.
He has remained without a job ever since, despite being strongly linked with Manchester United on multiple occasions.
This morning, following United's Wednesday night defeat to Istanbul Basaksehir, all the talk is once again surrounding Ole Gunnar Solskjear and his future at the club.
And O'Hara simply cannot understand why Ed Woodward has not launched a swoop to land the talented Argentine boss.
"I think you've got to give Pochettino massive respect for what he has done at Spurs," said Jamie O'Hara, speaking to TalkSport.
"He didn't win anything and I think that is probably the biggest regret that he has got.
"He took that football club, with no budget and without any players, producing young players and playing exciting football, made him world-class.
"He made Tottenham a top-four side every season and he got them to a Champions League final.
"For me, he is the fourth-best manager in England right now and he hasn't got a job.
"Klopp, Guardiola and Mourinho," he added.
"I would have Pochettino in most football club. How can you not say he in unbelievable?
"Put him in Manchester United's squad they would go to another dimension."
