Manchester United star Paul Pogba leaves Wycombe hero speechless with surprise video message

Manchester United star Paul Pogba left Wycombe loanee Nnamdi Ofoborh speechless after he congratulated the youngster on his promotion to the Championship earlier this week.

The on-loan Bournemouth midfielder starred for Wycombe on Monday night as they defeated Oxford United at Wembley to earn promotion to the second tier for the first time in their history.

Following promotion to the Championship earlier this week Wycombe icon, and Liverpool fan, Adebayo Akinfenwa received a special congratulatory message from Jurgen Klopp after victory at Wembley.

Taking to social media after the exchange went viral Akinfenwa's club teammate Ofoborh tried his luck by asking Pogba for his own message of support.

"I see @daRealAkinfenwa getting mad replies from Liverpool players," he wrote on Twitter. "I think this is the time to say @paulpogba I love you big time! My favourite player ever."

The on-loan Bournemouth midfielder probably wasn't expecting much from his cheeky tweet to the United star, but to his shock he soon received a video message from the World Cup winner.

"Yo Nnamdi, what's up man? It's your boy PP," Pogba began in a video message to the youngster.

"I heard about you, I just want to congratulate you on your promotion to the Championship.

"I heard about your long journey in football and outside football, and for sure it is not easy. It is very difficult what you did and I just want to wish you the best, carry on, keep it up.

"Keep doing what you're doing man, I am going to be looking after you and looking until you get to the Premier League."

Ofoborh was shocked to receive recognition from his idol and tweeted the video message along with the caption: "You don't know what this means to me. Thank you boss. I can't breathe right now."
