Manchester United squad pictured travelling to London for Spurs fixture

Manchester United players have begun their journey to London for Sunday's match against Tottenham Hotspur.

Fresh off the back of a 2-0 victory in the first leg of their Europa League quarter-final against Granda on Thursday, United will be hoping to avenge the 6-1 defeat they suffered at the hands of Spurs earlier this season.

Some United players have been pictured arriving at Manchester Airport this evening ahead of making the short flight down to London for Sunday's encounter.

Our photographers captured Dean Henderson, Lee Grant, Brandon Williams, Alex Telles, Bruno Fernandes, Daniel James, Scott McTominay, Fred and Juan Mata entering the overspill car park the airport's private terminal.

The rest of the squad remained out of sight in the private terminal.

There has not yet been any confirmation on whether Marcus Rashford, Luke Shaw and Paul Pogba have made the trip down South. All three were substituted early against Granda and, though Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is hopeful all will be fit to play, they remain doubts for the match.

A win in North London is crucial for United as it would keep a flicker of their Premier League title hopes alive, as Solskjaer's side have the chance to close the gap on neighbours Manchester City at the top of the table.

The Blues fells to a shock defeat 2-1 to Leeds United on Saturday, despite the fact Marcelo Bielsa's side were competing with 10-men for more than half of the match.

With City competing in the FA Cup semi-finals next weekend, if United can beat Spurs and then Burnley then they would move within eight points of their rivals before they play again with six games remaining.
