Paul Pogba has sent a brilliant birthday message to his Manchester United teammate Eric Bailly while wearing the defender's Ivory Coast jersey.
The United centre-back turns 25 today and Pogba wished him happy birthday on his Instagram story.
Bailly strangely wears the No.9 for his country, a number usually associated with free-scoring strikers not those who are meant to stop the goals from going in.
Pogba joked about the shirt number with Bailly before wishing him happy birthday.
The conversation was spoken in French but has been translated:
PP: "I've got the special shirt on, with the number 9, for the bro."
EB: "We don't say the name, it's god."
PP: "It's god. anyway, you're 25 today. Happy birthday bro."
EB: "We're together."
PP: "You look nice."
EB: "Thank you bro."
The message comes as United prepare for a vital match in the race for the Premier League's top four against West Ham on Saturday.
