Donny van de Beek has claimed that Manchester United 'can beat everyone' if they play well in the Champions League.
United were already through to the knockout stages of the competition before Wednesday's game against BSC Young Boys.
Ralf Rangnick's side have won their group and they’ll be drawn against one of the second-placed teams in the last-16, with six possible opponents for them, which include Paris Saint-Germain, Atletico Madrid, Sporting Lisbon, Inter Milan, Benfica and RB Salzburg.
Van de Beek started against BSC Young Boys and he discussed United's chances of winning the competition after the game.
"I think all the teams in this stage of the Champions League, everyone is strong," Van de Beek told United's in-house media.
"So I think we have to watch ourselves and we have to be top. I think with the players we have we can beat everyone. But what I said, we have to work hard every day and I believe we can beat everyone if we play well.”
“I think a lot of players didn’t play for a while and I think it’s really important we get some minutes in the legs."

Van de Beek was also asked about his error for BSC Young Boy's equaliser.
“Maybe I should kick it away. I didn’t do that I take responsibility for that, after that it was a little bit difficult. We didn’t get enough pressure on them, we lost too many balls and it’s difficult to come into the game.”
