Manchester United's danger men identified by Southampton ahead of weekend clash

Southampton defender Ryan Bertrand has identified Marcus Rashford and Bruno Fernandes as Manchester United's two danger men ahead of this weekend's clash.

The Saints play host to United on Sunday, knowing a win could see them move back into the Champions League places.

Southampton are enjoying a brilliant run of form, and have won five of their past seven top-flight fixtures, drawing the other two.

But Bertrand says Southampton aren't taking anything for granted, and are focusing on nullifying United's two danger men: Rashford and Fernandes.

The Saints left-back told Stretty News: "Manchester United are a great club with great individuals, it will be a tough game for us.

"They have shown some inconsistency but when they get it right they have had some amazing results.

"The threat on the counter is their biggest threat. They have many great individuals, Marcus Rashford, Bruno Fernandes seem to be their top performers so far."

The Red Devils are currently tenth in the Premier League, four points behind the Saints, but with a game in hand.

Manchester United have won three of their past six fixtures in the top-flight, drawing one and losing the other two.
