Manchester United's Bruno Fernandes sends Raphael Varane message after Nations League injury

Bruno Fernandes has sent Raphael Varane a message after he appeared to suffer an injury in the Nations League Final.

Following the game, Varane’s posted a photo on Instagram of him holding the UEFA Nations League trophy.

France beat Spain 2-1 in a game in which Varane was subbed off at the end of the first half with what looked like a leg injury, though the severity of it is yet to be known.

Smiling on Instagram and posting the trophy, Varane’s caption on the image read: “Champions.”

Manchester United team-mate Fernandes responded with a number of fire emojis while Jesse Lingard also liked the picture.

Paul Pogba also played in the game, while Anthony Martial was an unused substitute.
