After months of speculation, Manchester United finally completed the signing of Harry Maguire on Monday, with him joining the club for what is a world record fee for a defender.
The 26-year-old cost United in the region of £80million, more than the £75m fee that Liverpool paid for Virgil van Dijk in January 2018.
Maguire was a key target for United all summer, as Ole Gunnar Solskjaer looks to build a side that can fight towards the top of the Premier League table next season, having already signed Daniel James and Aaron Wan-Bissaka this summer too.

According to Football Manager 2019, Maguire is set to have a massive impact and could make United a lot better next season, helped also by new full-back Aaron Wan-Bissaka.
