Manchester United Premier League fixtures 2020/21 released in full as Red Devils learn their fate

Manchester United will begin their Premier League title campaign against Crystal Palace at Ole Trafford as Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side look to challenge Liverpool and Manchester City.

United secured third in the table last season on goal difference to finish ahead of Chelsea and qualify for the Champions League, but they were an alarming 16 points off second-placed Manchester City and a further 18 points adrift of Liverpool.

Solskjaer has made no secret of his desire to see United challenge for the title once again as they did in his playing days at Old Trafford, but the Norwegian will need to see results improve significantly on last season’s for that dream to be realised in 2020/21.

But with January signing Bruno Fernandes showing what he’s capable of since his arrival, getting a full season out of the Portuguese midfielder could go a long way to helping United bridge the gap to the top two and join the title race, along with any summer arrivals that the club are planning in the coming weeks.

The Red Devils first game of the season, against Burnley, will be postponed and played at a later date meaning they will actually open the season a week later against Palace.
