Manchester United players arrive for training ahead of LASK Europa League fixture

Manchester United youngster Tahith Chong was pictured arriving for training at the club's Carrington training complex after committing his future to the club on Wednesday.

Chong was heavily linked with a move to Inter Milan with his United contact set to expire at the end of the season but penned fresh terms to extend his stay at Old Trafford on Wednesday.

He said: "When I joined Manchester United as a youngster, it was a dream come true. It is an honour every time I pull on the shirt and represent this club.

"I am working hard every day to improve and I know this is the perfect environment to develop my game. The opportunity to learn from the manager, his coaching staff and the world-class players here is fantastic. I am delighted to sign this new contract and really grateful for the chance to prove myself here for many years to come."

Chong could be in line to feature in United's Europa League fixture against LASK on Thursday. He's made four appearances in the competition this season, coming off the bench to register an assist in the 5-0 win over Club Brugge.

United playmaker Bruno Fernandes drove into training by himself for the first time since joining the club from Sporting Lisbon and could be crucial to their chances of progressing to the next round.

The Portuguese featured against LASK twice for his former side, scoring and assisting in a 2-1 win.

United have never lost against an Austrian team in European competition, winning seven and drawing one of their last eight.
