Manchester United midfielder Nemanja Matic 'likes' comment slamming Ole Gunnar Solskjaer

Manchester United midfielder Nemanja Matic appears to have 'liked' a comment on social media which slammed Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.

United fans took to social media over the weekend to voice their concerns following a third successive match without a win in the Premier League.

Solskjaer's side underwhelmed on Saturday as they were held to a 1-1 draw by ten man Southampton. Despite thrashing Chelsea on the opening day of the new season United have now gone three matches without a win — marking their worst start to a new season in 28 years.

Following the latest draw one supporter commented on Matic's pre-match Instagram post along with a caption, which slammed the United manager.

"Matic if Ole Gunnar Solskjaer don't want to future you in his team please leave the team I think that man is sp myopic that he doesn't know he needs you in the mid field, I am beginning to hate Ole," the Instagram user wrote.

An eagle-eyed supporter noticed the comment has been 'liked' by Matic, however it is unlikely the player actually read the content of the message.

It is not the first time a United player has been involved in such an incident after Eric Bailly was forced to explain why he had 'liked' negative comments about Marcus Rashford and Paul Pogba on Instagram earlier in the summer.

The Ivorian took to social media following the incident to explain his account had been hacked as an explanation for the bizarre activity

Bailly explained: "I just want to confirm that my account has been hacked and the Instagram likes some of the media are stating I made were not made by me.

"My brothers @PaulPogba and @MarcusRashford know how highly I think of them."
