Manchester United are willing to let teenager Amad leave on loan this summer in the wake of Jadon Sancho's arrival.
The 19-year-old touched down in Manchester at the turn of the year in a mega-money move that cost United £37m after prizing him away from Serie A outfit Atalanta.
Since January, Amad has featured just eight times for the Red Devils, only two of those coming from the start and has not had a pre-season at United as he opted to represent his country, the Ivory Coast, at the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games.
The Ivorian did impress with the limited opportunities he was given last term, most notably bagging a stunning header against A.C. Milan during United's Europa League quarter final clash.

Four of his eight appearances last season came in the Europa League, a competition that United currently aren't in as they secured Champions League football.
This in turn could mean Amad's best chances of first-team action in a United shirt would come in the form of the Carabao Cup.
Amad's game time is likely to be even more limited now that £73m man Jadon Sancho has finally been secured from Borussia Dortmund after one of the longest running transfer sagas in recent memory.
Sancho is one of many attacking options who currently sit above Amad in the pecking order, he also has to contend with all four of Marcus Rashford, Anthony Martial, Daniel James and Mason Greenwood.
As a result, Amad's short-term future could meet the same fate as fellow United youngster Facundo Pellistri, who has recently signed for La Liga side Alaves.

The teenage duo both signed for United on deadline day last year as the club failed to get a deal done for Sancho, who was at the time valued at around £108m.
However, now that Sancho has arrived and could make his United debut as soon as this weekend during their opening Premier League clash of the season against Leeds, Amad is expected to find first-team football very hard to come by at Old Trafford and, according to the Manchester Evening News, be heading towards the exit on a temporary basis.
