Manchester United line up vs Liverpool includes Donny van de Beek

Manchester United have included Donny van de Beek and Victor Lindelof in their side to take on Liverpool in today's FA Cup fourth-round tie.

United have made five changes from the team that beat Fulham 2-1 in midweek, with Dean Henderson, Scott McTominay and Marcus Rashford also coming into the side.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has left Anthony Martial and Bruno Fernandes on the bench, as Pogba partners McTominay in a midfield duo with Van de Beek ahead of them.

Liverpool, meanwhile, have picked a strong side that includes Mo Salah, Roberto Firmino, Alisson, Trent Alexander-Arnold and Andrew Robertson, with Fabinho and youngster Rhys Williams at the heart of their defence.

Before the game, Solskjaer spoke to United's in-house media about the need for his players to be wary of a wounded Liverpool side, and possible backlash from their recent dip in form.

“They’re still playing well," he said. "I said it was the best time to meet them last week. That was of no disrespect to them, it was because it was the best time for us. We are in good form, we are in a great mode of confidence and momentum and we felt we could have won the away game.

"They will want to go through in the cup as well. They’re a few points behind us in the league but they’re still a top team.”

United XI: Henderson; Wan-Bissaka, Lindelof, Maguire, Shaw; McTominay, Pogba; Greenwood, Van de Beek, Rashford; Cavani.

Subs: De Gea, Telles, Tuanzebe, Fred, Matic, Mata, James, Fernandes, Martial.

Liverpool XI: Alisson, Alexander-Arnold, R.Williams, Fabinho, Robertson; Thiago, Milner, Wijnaldum; Jones, Salah, Firmino.

Subs: Kelleher, N.Williams, Phillips, Tsimikas, Oxlade-Chamberlain, Minamino, Shaqiri, Origi, Mane.
