Manchester United line up against Watford includes Fred with Paul Pogba on bench

Manchester United have named their starting XI for the Premier League fixture against Watford on Sunday afternoon.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has made one change from the team which drew with Everton a week ago, with Jesse Lingard in for Andreas Pereira.

Paul Pogba is back on the bench after a lengthy absence from injury and illness, if the Frenchman features it would be his first United appearance since September 30th in the 1-1 Old Trafford draw with Arsenal.

David de Gea starts in goal while Harry Maguire and Victor Lindelof continue their partnership at the heart of defence with Aaron Wan-Bissaka and Luke Shaw at full back.

Scott McTominay and Fred continue their partnership in the heart of midfield while Lingard also gets the nod.

Daniel James, Anthony Martial and Marcus Rashford have been tasked with leading the line for Solskjaer's side at Vicarage Road.

United XI: De Gea, Wan-Bissaka, Lindelof, Maguire, Shaw, Fred, McTominay, James, Lingard, Rashford, Martial

Subs: Romero, Young, Matic, Pogba, Mata, Pereira, Greenwood
