Manchester United line up against Man City includes Matteo Darmian and Andreas Pereira

Manchester United have named their starting line up for the derby fixture against Man City on Wednesday night.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has made five changes from the side which was humiliated by Everton at the weekend with Luke Shaw returning to the side in defence.

There is another change in defence too as Matteo Darmian makes his first start since facing Reading in January, with Phil Jones dropping out of the squad with injury.

Solskjaer has also shocked with his midfield selection as Andreas Pereira replaces Nemanja Matic and is accompanied by Fred and Paul Pogba.

Marcus Rashford leads the line in attack along with Jesse Lingard.

United XI: De Gea; Darmian, Smalling, Lindelof, Shaw, Young; Pereira, Fred, Pogba; Lingard, Rashford

Subs: Romero, Dalot, Sanchez, Matic, Martial, Mata, Lukaku
