Manchester United have two Premier League fixtures moved for TV coverage

The dates and kick-off times of Manchester United's Premier League fixtures against Liverpool and Aston Villa in early May have been confirmed by the Premier League.

United welcome arch-rivals and European Super League co-conspirators Liverpool to Old Trafford in a game switched to Sunday, May 2, with a 4.30pm kick-off.

Jurgen Klopp's side will arrive at Old Trafford still desperate for points in their bid to finish in the top four, while United will hope their title chances remain alive.

The game will be shown live on Sky Sports and United will be looking to remain unbeaten against last season's champions this term, having drawn at Anfield in the Premier League won a thrilling FA Cup tie 3-2 at Old Trafford in January.

A week later, on Sunday, May 9, United travel to Villa Park to face Aston Villa in a game that now kicks-off at 2.05pm and will again be shown live on Sky Sports.

Both fixtures had to be moved to the Sunday as a result of United's Europa League semi-final against Roma. The first leg takes place at Old Trafford on Thursday, April 29, while the return is in Rome on Thursday, May 6.

United have three Premier League games remaining after the trip to Villa Park, with the dates and kick-off times to be confirmed for those fixtures, although the final day clash with Wolves will be played on Sunday, May 23, when all games kick-off at the same time.
