Marcus Rashford came in for praise from Roy Keane after the Manchester United forward continued his good run of goal scoring form for England on Sunday night.
United's No.10 netted England's third goal in their 4-0 victory over Kosovo, taking him onto 12 goals in 23 appearances for club and country this season.
Nine of those goals have come in his last 10 appearances and he is in revitalised form heading into a busy period in the season for United.
"Brilliant, brilliant goal," Keane said of Rashford's strike for England against Kosovo. "What a finish. He is back to his best. It was a lovely play, nice and simple.
"Does it matter about the opposition? Of course it does, because they’re getting opportunities, but that was the goal of the night. A lovely finish. Pure quality."
Keane also believes Rashford should start ahead of Borussia Dortmund's Jadon Sancho for England when next summer's European Championship comes around.
"The attacking three players you’d have at the minute are [Raheem] Sterling, [Harry] Kane and Rashford," Keane added. "The three of them are outstanding players who cause you all sorts of headaches."
Kane started all eight of England's Euro 2020 qualifiers and Sterling, who started seven, would surely have done the same had he not been dropped against Montenegro last week for non-footballing reasons.
Sancho and Rashford, though, appear to be the two players vying for the final spot in Gareth Southgate's front three having started four and three times respectively during the qualifying campaign.
