Gary Neville has responded to Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp's claims that he has an opinion on everything.
Klopp was interviewed by the BBC last month and was questioned on what he had learnt during the lockdown.
The German responded with a playful jab at Neville who has worked as a pundit for Sky Sports following his retirement in 2011.
Klopp said: "I didn't learn a lot during lockdown except Gary Neville has an opinion on absolutely everything!
"It's incredible!"
Now, Neville has responded to the comments and the United great believes Klopp's words can only be viewed as a positive.
"The fact that Jurgen's recognised it means that either he's been watching which is good, it's bugged him which is good or he's enjoyed my opinions which is good," he told Joe.co.uk.
"There's no ruse here but what I would say is that doing these shows three times a week for two hours... I've enjoyed it but it just feels like you're constantly giving an opinion on everything you're asked.
"The reality is I'm glad football's restarting because we can concentrate on giving comment on football matches.
"But he's right and I know you [Jamie Carragher] feel the same because you're talking constantly every single day about football and there was nothing happening so you're just offering opinion on the same stuff."
