Manchester United are 'hopeful' that Marcus Rashford and Amad could return from injury after the international break.
After this summer's European Championship, Rashford liaised with Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and the pair decided it was best for the forward to undergo an operation to solve his shoulder problem, which he's since been in rehabilitation for.
Rashford is understood to be ahead of schedule in his recovery and, after partaking in light training at Carrington for a few weeks now, the 23-year-old will consult a doctor on Friday who will then decide if he can return to full training next week.
Amad has been pictured wearing United training gear as he bids to return from a thigh muscle injury that prevented him from joining Dutch side Feyenoord on loan this summer and he was again spotted undergoing light training on Tuesday morning.
Solskjaer has now provided an injury update on Rashford and Amad to give an idea of when the pair could be set to return.
“They're still a few weeks away so, hopefully after the international break, they could be available,” Solskjaer told United's media.

“They're working hard, both of them positive, and it's been a long, long time for Marcus of course. Probably the longest he's been out but he's needed it. He looks raring to go, happy and he knows he's missed out on pre-season.
"But he's done loads of good conditioning work and should be ready soon.”
United play Everton at Old Trafford in the Premier League on Saturday before the international break begins.
Solskjaer's side will play Leicester for their first game back after that break and Rashford and Amad should be in contention.
