Gary Neville hailed Scott McTominay's outstanding individual display after the Scottish midfielder scored twice in Manchester United's 6-2 thrashing of Leeds.
McTominay struck twice in the space of the opening three minutes during the exhilarating victory at Old Trafford and won comparisons to Neville's former teammates Paul Scholes and Roy Keane.
"McTominay's turned into Paul Scholes and Roy Keane inside three minutes," Neville said on commentary. "He's driving forward, I'm not sure whether that's in the tactics or if he just fancied it, but he's gone and Martial comes inside, sees him running and he's off. His first touch is brilliant, his second is sublime.

"We thought United would counter-attack and attack quickly, but we didn't think that the holding midfielder would be on the end of it. What a start."
Neville later added that McTominay has proven he is someone Solskjaer can rely upon and should be a mainstay in United's team.
"He (McTominay) is emerging and growing," he said. “He's someone Ole can rely upon in the big games with Fred and Fernandes in front of them. Then Pogba, Matic and Van de Beek fit in around that.”
Despite an often rocky campaign, with Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s position often coming under scrutiny, United, who also have a game in hand, now trail leaders Liverpool by just five points.
However, they face a tricky test on Boxing Day against Leicester, who sit one point ahead of United after an impressive 2-0 win over fellow title rivals Tottenham.
