Manchester United full squad numbers list for 2020/21 confirmed after transfer deadline day

Manchester United have revealed their full squad numbers for the 2020/21 season, following a busy end to the transfer window on Deadline Day.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side headed into the final 24 hours of the window with only Donny Van de Beek as a senior acquisition during the summer but signed three additional players before the window slammed shut.

Alex Telles was signed from Porto, while Edinson Cavani signed on a free transfer following the expiration of his contract with Paris Saint-Germain earlier in the summer.

United also secured two exciting players for the future, with Facundo Pellestri arriving from South America and have a deal in place for Amad Diallo, who will join from Atalanta in the New Year.

Telles will take the number 27 shirt at Old Trafford, while Cavani will wear the number seven which has been vacant since Alexis Sanchez first moved to Inter Milan last year.

Meanwhile, Pellestri will take the number 28 shirt and Van de Beek, following his capture from Ajax earlier in the summer, has been wearing number 34.

Mason Greenwood, following his tremendous breakthrough last season, has been promoted to the number 11 shirt, while Dean Henderson has taken 26 following his return from two seasons on loan with Sheffield United.

The other two young players to be handed first-team shirt numbers for the season were Brandon Williams, taking 33, and Teden Mengi, who will wear number 43.
