The January transfer window is fast approaching and while United should be looking to strengthen the squad and finish the second half of the season stronger than the first, there are a lot of players who could be moved on in search of regular first-team football as well as raising funds for the club.

Fans have had their say in regards to who they want to see sold and who they want to keep.

One player who finished inside the bottom 10 of players fans want to see leave in January is Fred.

The Brazilian has come in for a lot of stick under Solskjaer, alongside Scott McTominay, with fans wanting to see Donny van de Beek or Nemanja Matic be given more of a chance in central midfield.

Neville slams Premier League

Before the transfer window opens and players are sold, there are games to be played.

United take on Newcastle United on December 27 and homeless charity Shelter had planned a #NoHomeKit initiative where teams "ditch their home colours for their away or third kit, showing support for people who don't have a safe home."

The Premier League have since ruled that this will not be going ahead and former United defender Gary Neville has spoken out against the ruling.
