Manchester United fans troll Arsenal after Henrikh Mkhitaryan tweet

Manchester United fans have taken the opportunity to troll their Arsenal counterparts following a tweet sent by Henrikh Mkhitaryan.

The Armenia international left Old Trafford as part of the deal that took Alexis Sanchez away from the Gunners, although the transfer did not work out for either player.

Alexis is now on loan at Inter Milan and Mkhitaryan is impressing in a loan stint with Roma, who are keen on securing his signature on a permanent basis.

For now, Mkhitaryan remains on Arsenal's books and is still owned by the club - and United fans noticed some very particular wording in a recent tweet.

Mkhitaryan posted on Twitter to recall the Europa League triumph he achieved during his spell with United, accompanying a picture with a message that read: "What a night this was. On this day in 2017 we won the UEFA Europa League final beating Ajax 2-0."

Interestingly, he referred to United as 'we', which provided ammunition for fans to poke fun at Arsenal - and they jumped at the opportunity to do so.
