Manchester United fans at Old Trafford treated Paul Pogba to a warm reception across the weekend.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side ended their pre-season schedule in stylish fashion against Everton on Saturday afternoon, winning 4-0 thanks to goals from Mason Greenwood, Harry Maguire, Diogo Dalot and Bruno Fernandes - the latter scored a stunning free-kick.
New signing Jadon Sancho and imminent arrival Raphael Varane weren't involved in that contest, but most of United's stars who featured at this summer's European Championship have returned, and that now includes Pogba after his extended break away.
However, there is still a degree of uncertainty surrounding Pogba's future because the Frenchman is now into the final year of his contract in Manchester, which has left supporters understandably uneasy as the new Premier League season quickly approaches.
Regardless of those doubts over whether Pogba will pledge his long-term future to United amid regular transfer links to Paris Saint-Germain and Juventus, United fans made their feelings clear on the matter before the Reds' friendly clash against Everton.

With Pogba warming up before the game in close proximity to supporters, the midfielder was met with a warm, rapturous applause from the Old Trafford faithful and he was captured on the live images subsequently smiling and waving to the terraces.
That interaction from Pogba could be freely interpreted as insignificant or it could be viewed as quite the opposite.
Solskjaer was coy on Pogba's future, but it's clear the Norwegian would like to see his midfield supremo stay on at the club.
"The talks between the club and Paul's representatives, I'm not in the detail of every single one of them. I've got nothing to say about that. Let's see what happens. All the dialogue I've had with Paul is he's looking forward to the season," Solskjaer has previously said.
