Manchester United fans tell Ed Woodward what to do next following Harry Maguire signing

After a whole summer of chasing, Manchester United have finally got their man after agreeing an £80million fee with Leicester for Harry Maguire.

The signing, which will be a world record fee for a defender beating out the £75million Liverpool paid for Virgil van Dijk, will complete Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's new look defence and was a signing the club desperately needed.

However, United fans aren't satisfied and they've quickly taken to Twitter to tell executive vice-chairman Ed Woodward what he needs to do next and that's secure the services of Paulo Dybala.

United are in the midsts of negotiations with the Argentine forward's representatives to try and convince him to leave Juventus for Manchester.

Romelu Lukaku's proposed move to the Italian champions hinges on Dybala moving the opposite way to Old Trafford and it would be a swap that would see a player with world class ability added to Solskjaer's squad — something supporters are desperate to see.

With less than six days remaining of the summer transfer window before it closes on August 8 at 5pm there isn't much time left for United to get the deal over the line but fans are desperate for it to happen.

You can see a selection of their responses below:

Pretty please

Get it done

Wouldn't that be sweet?

The finishing tough

Hop to it!

Possible?

Fingers crossed
