Manchester United fans state Facundo Pellistri wish ahead of loan exit

Manchester United fans hope to see Facundo Pellistri get plenty of action once he completes his impending loan move.

Pellistri, 19, joined United during the summer transfer window but is yet to make his first-team bow under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.

The Uruguayan youngster has impressed during his time in Neil Wood's U23 side and United were exploring the possibility of a temporary exit in order to gain experience at a higher level.

MEN Sport understand La Liga side Deportivo Alaves have reached an agreement with United to sign the winger on loan for the remainder of the season.

Alaves are currently 18th in the division with only 18 points after 20 games.

United fans are happy to see Pellistri depart in order to further his development but are desperate to see him get the playing time he desires.

Many noted that Alaves have a decent track record when it comes to developing young players meaning it could be the ideal destination for their prospect.

United youngster Amad Diallo will take Pellistri's place in the U23 setup with Solskjaer confirming the Ivory Coast forward will make his debut against Liverpool on Saturday.

He said: "Yes, Amad will play in the game against Liverpool in the Under-23s. He's been training really well and settling in.

“He's ready to get some game-time and match exposure. I'm looking forward to seeing him. [Liverpool?] There you go. Welcome to English football!”
